The London to Paris bike ride is an amazing charity challenge starting from London, through the English countryside over to rural France and on to the heart of Paris, finishing under the Eiffel Tower!

I am supporting two great charities, Terrence Higgins Trust and Casa da Caridade (a charity based in my hometown of Caico – Brazil for elderly people)

Challenges ahead:

No alcohol during the four months leading to the challenge
Constant training
